Time To Get On the Rail and Trail

Well if you missed the April Versatility Circuit show you missed one helluva event.  We had a great turnout with many members from our group and from our sister chapter in Louisiana participating.  We had a total 136 entries, not bad at all.  The turnout for the first two shows was so exciting it enticed Ron Anderson to unretire GMC's Southern Son.  I hear Donna will be riding him at this show.  Ron, Sonny and Donna will be there, WILL YOU.

We also have had an update on the Southern Classic from Oklahoma.  Their charity will be the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.  After listening to their presentation, I was so moved I approached the board with the Idea of making the JDRF our charity organization for the next several years including the Southern Classic in 2009, the board agreed and we will be having a few charity events during this year.  Look forward to them.
