My Horse, My Hero

This is a new award which is designed to reward the individual who spends the most time working with his/her horses. The rules are simple

1) To qualify you must be a member of the SWCMFTHBA

2) The horse(s) in question must be registered Missouri Foxtrotters

3) You must submit an application form and Monthly reporting forms to Sec/Treas SWC

How it goes:

The award will be based on a point system. Points will be rewarded on the basis of show points, trail miles and training hours. You are on an honor system for reporting miles and hours.

As this award is for the individual and not the horse(s), one person can submit for more than one horse.

Points:

Show - Points will be awarded according to your accumulated SWC show points

Trail - Points will be awarded as 1 point for every 10 miles accumulated.

Training - points will be awarded as 1 point for every hour spent in training

Award:

The winner of this award will be given a 3 day retreat at the Bar Fifty Ranch in Bismarck, AR. Additionally, there will be an award presented at the Christmas party in December.

As we are getting a late start this year we will run only from March to October of this year. Starting next year points will accumulate from November to October.
